Cooper intends to build three new high rise hospital towers under this program. The expansion will require demolition of existing buildings and upgrades to campus infrastructure. An enclosed skybridge is also planned along with a new central utility plant. The current project is construction of the first phase, the 10-story Tower A, which will provide 330,000 SF of new space for hospital beds and medical space for procedures and diagnostic testing.
There are several steps in becoming a pre-qualified bidder with Torcon/P.Agnes. First, all interested companies should download and complete Torcon/P.Agnes’s Subcontractor Information Form, which captures basic information about your company, leadership, areas of trade work and experience. The prequalification form also includes a safety questionnaire so Torcon/P.Agnes can understand your firm’s safety record and programs.

Highwire is a formal, centralized prequalification process that evaluates experience, resources, performance, and safety. Highwire identifies strengths and weaknesses in your prequalification information and reports these findings back to you. As your safety performance and financial condition improves, your company’s ratings in the system improve. While a subscription fee is typically required, we believe the benefits of enrollment will become apparent.
